Case Swarm users can use two different modes that come built in with every Case Swarm account:
Expert Resolution – In this mode, a case is presented for exploration by an invited group of people, called a “swarm”; the case does have a “best answer” provided by an expert or the case author which will be revealed to the swarm after each individual has had the opportunity to contribute.
Troubleshooting – In this mode, a tricky business problem is presented as a case study to a group of people (swarm), and each individual’s contribution is intended to promote collection of best practices and suggestions for optimum resolution of the case. The case author is genuinely seeking input and help.
